One weekend only · 17–18 October 2026
Ayurvedic care for women
Autumn asks us to slow down, and this weekend is built around that invitation. You will learn Ayurvedic self-massage and blend an essential oil that is yours to keep, move through a long restorative yin practice, walk the fields as the light turns, and end the day around a fire under an open sky.
The circle stays small on purpose. Between sessions there is sauna, there is space, and there is nothing at all you are required to do with it.
There are no expectations here, nothing you need to accomplish, and no performance needed.
A rhythm rather than a timetable — everything on it is an invitation, not an obligation.
One price, and almost nothing to arrange once you arrive.
Booking happens right here — you will not be sent anywhere else.
The full programme, one night of shared accommodation, four meals and your self-care package.
A 30-minute private treatment on Sunday morning.
Arrive a night early with sauna access. Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast are self-catered, with the kitchen at your disposal.
Both add-ons can only be booked together with a weekend ticket.
Two people, one small circle — you will not be handed between facilitators.
